The Doorway
Words That Opened a Door
Before Corey Russell gave his life to the Lord, somebody spoke words to him at a doorway that he has never forgotten, and he still tells them wherever he preaches. Leave your demons at the door and come inside. You can pick them back up again when you leave.
It is the most honest welcome a broken person can hear. No pretending at the threshold. Come in exactly as you are. Corey carried those words out of that doorway and into a life of prayer, and now a generation is learning to pray because the door was held open for him first.
Tay heard Corey preach at a pastors conference in October 2026, and those doorway words are woven through our Prayer Warrior Mama page, where they belong.
